It's a cringeworthy story out of Tulsa involving a masseuse.

We're told an undercover officer went into Lily's Pad Massage Thursday afternoon, near 15th and Memorial.

Police say during the massage, 62-year-old Prapai Proctor agreed to perform a sexual act, for $50.  This is in addition to the $60 for the massage.  

She was then taken into custody for engaging in prostitution within 1000 feet of a church.

For reference, Memorial Drive Church is about 504 feet away from the massage parlor.
