The show must go on – During Tuesday night's U2 concert at Chicago's United Center, Bono took a nasty-looking fall off the stage.

While performing "Lights of Home," Radio.com reports, the band made their way down a staircase and an audible gasp can be heard as Bono takes a tumble. Watch cellphone video footage of the incident:

Despite the fall, Bono carried on as if nothing happened and rose up with a smile on his face continuing to sing.
