Years ago, when Tom Petty was filming a documentary he mentioned that “if Dr Dre ever sampled Mary Jane’s Last Dance, it would be an instant hit.” Fast forward a few years, long-time friend for both Petty & Dre, Jimmy Iovine, has produced a new Snoop Dogg song using the Mary Jane sample. Bonus? Jelly Roll makes an appearance. Check it out:
