Who said you can’t get what you want by begging?
Despite selling millions of records and winning countless awards, Bruno Mars is not too proud to do just that. And... it worked.
The singer petitioned for his band, Silk Sonic, to become a last-minute addition to this year’s GRAMMYs line-up via a well penned letter on his Twitter.

On Tuesday, the Recording Academy tweeted a sly response that appeared to be a legitimate offer.

We have been trying to call you all week. Have you changed your numbers? We would love for #silksonic to make their TV debut at the #GRAMMYs. Are you free this Sunday night? Follow back and we will DM for details.
Is it really that easy? Looks to be so! Bruno Mars sent out the official confirmation later on with a fiery tweet. So expect to see Silk Sonic performing at The GRAMMYs this Sunday night. And remember... when in doubt... beg.
