ATLANTA — Atlanta ranks as one of the top state capitals in the country, according to a new study from WalletHub.

The city comes in No. 3 on the list, based on indicators including affordability, quality of life and education.

WalletHub says Atlanta has the third highest median household income at just over $85,000 per year, and the third highest median income growth.

The study also praises Atlanta’s restaurants, attractions and nightlife.
