The River and Veteran’s Empowerment Organization Make KISStory

Sunday night at State Farm Arena, world-renowned performance painter David Garibaldi opened for rock n roll legends KISS, painting a piece of KISSTORY, depicting KISS on their End Of The Road Tour to commemorate the special moments during their final run.

The painting was given to 97.1 The River's partner, Veteran's Empowerment Organization (VEO) and it will be auctioned off at their I'll Be There Gala in early 2020. Veteran's Empowerment Organization's mission is to enhance the quality of life for homeless veterans on their road to self-sufficiency. Since 2008, they have helped over 5,000 veterans live lives of self-sufficiency & purpose and 97.1 The River is proud to support their mission for veterans in Georgia!
