Rock icon Joan Jett has been forced to cancel her upcoming September tour dates in California and Kentucky following a recent injury that required orthopedic surgery on a fractured vertebrae. The 67-year-old singer, famously known for hits like “I Love Rock ‘n’ Roll” and her foundational role in The Runaways, will be taking time off to focus on physical therapy and healing per her doctors’ recommendations.
