In April 2026, Roth kicked off his solo tour, featuring a ton of material from his Van Halen days, but by July, he mysteriously canceled nearly all remaining shows for the summer and fall. The rock star never revealed what motivated him to call off the dates, but his former rival and Van Halen replacement, Sammy Hagar, extended an olive branch and offered him a guest spot at his Las Vegas residency. Roth himself took to Instagram to share an acoustic performance of Van Halen’s iconic hit “Jump,” and the haunting clip has resonated deeply with fans.
