Sharing a couple more of my favorite things from over the holidays…

We saw Le Miserables at the Atlantic Station movie theaters Christmas weekend. What a movie! It’s especially extraordinary because the actors are all singing “live” – no lip-syncing – so it’s incredible to hear and see them sing with such emotion. I’ve seen “Le Mis” live onstage and liked it, but must have been tired or something at the time because I didn’t understand why people were so rabid about it. Now I understand. I found everything about the film terrific, and the music will stay in your head for days!  Anne Hathaway is simply stunning to watch and to hear sing – if you ever doubted her talents, you never will again. And if you get a chance, check the movie out at Atlantic Station, another one of my favorite things! I love going there to see a flick, grab a bite to eat, and do some shopping – it’s a festive place, and easy to maneuver once you get used to where you need to park underneath.
