He lives with another playful young dog and does wonderful with it! He is very good with other dogs, and would probably love to live in a home with other dogs to play with. Even with all the playing, he seems to be pretty laid back…once he’s past his puppy stage, we think he will probably be a medium energy dog. He loves to play, but is also perfectly content lounging in the sun or under your feet.
A friend of mine is involved with the non-profit organization, Doggie Harmony, which helps provide good homes for dogs in foster care, or for dogs who are given up by their owners. A very cool thing about Doggie Harmony is that they focus on placing pets in these homes BEFORE the dogs are turned over to animal control facilities where, more often than not, they die shortly after arriving. You can help out by attending a fun fundraiser this evening at Brio at Perimeter(700 Ashwood Pkwy, Atlanta, 30338) from 7-10. $15 entrance fee will get you food and entertainment.
