I hope your holidays were terrific and gave you a chance to either blow it out or recharge -- maybe both?  I had my usual group of friends over for New Year's Eve for game night.  It always suprises me how well such a diverse group of people get along for the fun night. My Wii was acting up so we had to resort to old fashioned board games.  OMG, it was just hilarious when almost everyone at the table realized they couldn't read the game cards without reading glasses, so I found a pair we all had to pass around.  We are all in denial about our aging bodies!

I hate to admit how many hours I've spent with my new iPad -- enough to have the highest score so far of anyone playing Boggle!  I keep finding things about it that delight me. I can download my People mags for free and share the books from my Kindle (though I like the way the print reads much better on the Kindle.)  My other new favorite thing now is Netflix. I don't know why I didn't try this sooner, but I love catching up on what I missed with Dexter, Fringe, and Mad Men.
