I don't know why I decided (since I was replacing my mattress and boxspring) that I had to start "cleaning house," but it started in my bedroom and now my home looks like a tornado hit leaving everything in neat piles all over the house.  I'm having a friend help, since he's good at just throwing it out.  It started with the neatly stacked year's worth of National Geographics from the mid '90s in my bedroom bookcase.  I don't know why those caught his eye first of everything in that room, but he decided the magazines were the first thing that needed to go.  My reaction was like a slo-motion "NNNNOOOOOOOooooooo!!!! That was the last Christmas gift my grandmother gave me before she died!" The look on my friend's face was priceless.  It said, "OMG, can I back out of this now?"  By the end of our first session, he was threatening to call A&E to get me on the TV show Hoarders. The miracle is that my bedroom is now uncluttered and more comfortable than it's ever been, especially with my rockin' new mattress!!  Now, for the rest of the house...
