Radio Friend Needs Your Help

By Kaedy Kiely

Steve "Boomer" Sutton, who preceded me at 96 Rock (he was there in the '70s,) and who you can still find part time on the radio, desperately needs a kidney transplant!  His friends have banded together in a fun way to raise money and, next Monday (4/18,) you can join them for Boomer's Kidney Fund Golf Tournament at Callahan Golf Links in Waleska.  Registration starts at 11 am and you'll hit the links at 1pm.  Many of my favorite radio personalities will be there to show their support, and there'll be all those fun contests like "Longest Drive," "Longest Putt," and "Hole in One."  If you can't attend, you know that any donation you can afford would be greatly appreciated.  Find all the info at www.burning-daylight.com/ and thanks for anything you can do to help!
