So I have lived in a lot of places.  One thing that I've heard from most people in almost all of those places is "there's nothing to do here."  Now, I always seem to have been blessed with the ability to have fun anywhere but I have to say - it's pretty easy when it comes to living here in Georgia.   Just think of everything that we have at our fingertips as Georgia residents. 

I jotted up this past weekend with my son onto a friend's boat on Lake Lanier.  ALWAYS a great way to spend the weekend.  I took my boy to the new Lego Land at Phipps Plaza the day before that and always enjoy a day down at the ballpark for a Braves game.

Whether is the mountains, the beach, the lake or the city - the options are limitless.  Here's another example.  Hmmmm?  What to do on a lazy Sunday?  EASY!  Just depends on what you're looking for.  Drive up to Helen, hit the Hootch, wine tasting, NASCAR race, baseball game, football game, boat ride, concerts, World of Coke, Aquarium.....SEE???

If that's not enough - think how close these cool places are: Savannah, Charleston, Panama City, Tybee Island, St. Simons, Blue Ridge, Chattanooga.....Should I keep going?

My point is simple!  I LOVE living in Atlanta.  I love living in Georgia and for the naysayers out there - you must not be wired to have a good time.  There are plenty of good times to be had!
