Katy Perry breaks another music milestone

Katy Perry has been flying high as of late, especially with her nine VMA nominations, and the accolades keep pouring in as THRreports that her Teenage Dream album became the first from Billboard's Mainstream Top 40 chart to have five number one singles with the addition of "Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F)."

The song joins her four previous chart-toppers, "Teenage Dream," "California Gurls," Firework" and "E.T.," making this a unique accomplishment. Who were the previous owners of this coveted record? Only Justin Timberlake's FutureSex/LoveSounds (2006-2007) and Lady Gaga's The Fame (2009) ever crossed the four number one single threshold, so Katy's in good company.
