Mother upset over how airline treated her children
Massachusetts mother, Mairi Elliot is upset with United Airlines for how her two sons, 12 and 9 year-old-boys were treated when flying alone to Boston. When the boys found out that the plane they were on was having engine problems and had to make an emergency landing, they texted their mother. When the plane landed safely, a flight attendant and the pilot scolded them. Elliot feels her children didn't deserve that, and has asked for an apology from United. She has yet to hear back.
