Cameras In coffee shop bathroom? Lawsuit says yes
An attorney is accused of planting cameras inside the restrooms of two Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf locations in Encino.
In a lawsuit that also names Coffee Bean itself, Roderick Smith is accusing lawyer Mark Daniel Wenzel of using the cameras to record customers.
Wenzel was arrested and charged regarding the case while at one of the Coffee Bean locations in Encino.
The small cameras were found pointed towards the toilets.
