OFFICIAL RULES

1.             NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

                THE CONTENT OF THE PRIZE WHEEL WILL BE DETERMINED IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION AND THE PRIZES LISTED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES MAY APPEAR MORE THAN ONCE ON THE PRIZE WHEEL OR NOT APPEAR ON THE PRIZE WHEEL FOR A PARTICULAR FINALIST AS DETERMINED IN SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION.

2.             Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, The River's Wheel of Concerts Contest (the "Contest") is only open to legal residents of the state of Georgia who are 21 years or older at the time of entry and who have either i) a valid Georgia driver's license or Georgia state-issued ID or ii) another form of government-issued ID and a utility bill proving residence in the state of Georgia. Employees of Sponsor, and each of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and in-laws, regardless of where they live.

Limit:  Only one (1) prize winner may be selected from the same household every sixty (60) days in connection with any contest sponsored or administered by any of the CMG-Atlanta radio stations (i.e., WSB-AM, WSB-FM, WSBB, WTSH, WALR and WSRV).   If you or a member of your household has won a prize from any CMG-Atlanta radio station within the last sixty (60) days, you will be ineligible to receive a prize in this Contest.

3.             How To Enter & Finalist Selection. The Contest will begin at 7:00 a.m. (E.T.) on Monday, March 2, 2015 and end at 6:00 p.m. (E.T.) on Friday, April 24, 2015 (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Contest.

There are two ways to enter this Contest, a call-in entry method and a mobile app entry method (each described below in this section), and each method of entry has a different method of selecting Finalists. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons who submit false or misleading entry information or who Sponsor determines to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest. You may enter once via both methods of entry, however, limit one prize per person and per household regardless of method of entry.

1.             CALL-IN ENTRY

To enter, listen to Sponsor's radio broadcast on 97.1 The River every weekday during the Contest Period (each, a "Contest Day"). Each Contest Day at approximately 7:20 a.m. E.T. and 5:20 p.m. E.T., Sponsor will give a "Cue to Call" telling potential entrants to call in for a chance to win. When you hear the Cue to Call, call Sponsor's "Contest Line" at 404-741-9797 to try to be the 25^th caller. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the 25^th person to call Sponsor's Contest Line, as solely determined by Sponsor, will become a "Finalist". Enter as often as you like, provided that automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

To qualify as a Finalist, (a) you must be listening to 97.1 The River at the time the announcement is broadcast; (b) you must be declared by Sponsor to be the 25^th person to call Sponsor's Contest Line; and (c) you must comply with all other terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Telephone calls will be taken by Contest operators in the order they are received, and the operators will count the number of calls received after each on-air Contest announcement to determine the 25^th caller. The determinations of Sponsor and Contest operators will be final and binding in all respects.

Listeners accessing Sponsor's radio station audio via IP connections like website-based streaming or mobile devices are welcome to enter. However, Sponsor cannot be responsible for delays in electronic transmission of station audio to IP devices. By entering this Contest, listeners acknowledge and agree to this specific provision of these Official Rules. In addition, Sponsor will not be responsible for loss of service to the Contest Line or for a participant's failure to reach the Contest Line due to malfunction of any network or system, congestion, any technical or human error, failures or malfunctions of any kind, including the congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his/her phone call. In the event of interruption of power or telephone service to Sponsor during a call-in period of the Contest prior to accepting the 25^th caller, or a change in programming that results in Sponsor's inability to air a call-in opportunity, Sponsor will not replay the affected call-in opportunity and the number of Finalists opportunities awarded in this Contest will be reduced accordingly. If a 25^th caller is ineligible, or fails to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, that caller will be disqualified, and Sponsor may resume the call-in opportunity and declare the next caller a Finalist, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

In the event a 25^th caller gets disconnected for any reason before being declared a Finalist, Sponsor may resume the call-in opportunity affected and declare the next caller a Finalist, pending verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.  Sponsor will not be responsible for dropped calls from mobile devices or land lines and dropped calls may result in a potential Finalist's disqualification and forfeiture of all interest in any prize.

2.             MOBILE-APP ENTRY

You may enter via the Sponsor's mobile app beginning on March 18, 2015. To enter, you must complete the following steps (Standard data rates may apply):

1. During or before the Contest Period, download and install the "97.1 The River" mobile app (the "App") on a compatible mobile device from either the iTunes App Store or the Google Play store.
2. Beginning on March 18, 2015, use the "Wheel of Concerts" link within the App, complete and submit the Contest registration form. All of the required information must be provided, and all of the information you provide must be complete and accurate. Entrants who submit an invalid phone number or email address may be disqualified in Sponsor's sole discretion.
3. On each Contest Day beginning on March 23, 2015, Sponsor will select one (1) potential Finalist from among all eligible entries received during the Contest Period and before 9:00 a.m. ET on the Contest Day on which the relevant drawing is being held. Sponsor will call the potential Finalist between 12:00 p.m. ET and 1:00 p.m. ET on the Contest Day on which the relevant drawing is held using the phone number provided by the potential Finalist at the time of entry. If a potential Finalist does not answer Sponsor's call, he or she will be disqualified and Sponsor will not attempt to contact the potential Finalist again. A substitute Finalist will not be chosen.

Limit one (1) entry via mobile app per person and per household during the Contest Period regardless of whether you enter via the Android App or the iOS app. Failure to complete any of the steps in this section may result in the disqualification of your attempted entry as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The use of multiple identities and/or accounts is prohibited, and any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that participant’s entries and may result in participant’s disqualification. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned.  Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons who submit false or misleading information. Any individual claiming to be the potential Finalist will need to verify the information submitted at the time of entry, including the email address and date of birth on his or her registration form, in order to claim his or her prize. By entering this Contest, you represent and warrant that you are submitting your contest entry on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other individual.

Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network or device, whether originating with sender, Sponsor, or sender's Internet service provider.  Sponsor is not responsible for any issue that may prevent a contestant from being able to download or access the app or complete his/her entry.

4.             Winner Selection and Odds.

A maximum of 105 Finalists will be selected during the Contest Period. The odds of becoming a Finalist via the Call-In Entry depend on the total number of people attempting to call the Contest Line when the Cue to Call is given and the order in which the calls are received. The odds of becoming a Finalist via the Mobile-App Entry depend on the number of eligible participants who enter via the App and the timing of their entries.

Each Finalist will be given the opportunity to have the Sponsor’s representatives “spin the Wheel” on his or her behalf live on air (as described below) on each Contest Day at approximately 7:20 a.m. ET or 5:20 p.m. ET via the call-in entry method or when a potential Finalist answers Sponsor’s call between 12:00 p.m. ET and 1:00 p.m. ET via the mobile app entry method. No Finalist will spin the Wheel for himself or herself, nor will any Finalist be present when the Wheel is spun.

Spinning the Wheel

Sponsor will have a physical wheel in its studio (the “Wheel”) that has between 4 and 30 sections.  A representative of Sponsor will spin the Wheel once for each Finalist, and that Finalist will win the prize listed in the section on which the Wheel lands. The Wheel sections will consist of one or more of the categories listed below (the “Categories”) and Sponsor may have any Category on more than one section of the Wheel at a time. Whether any particular Category appears on the Wheel on a particular day will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. If the Wheel lands between two sections and Sponsor cannot reasonably determine on which section the Wheel has landed, Sponsor may elect to spin the Wheel again. If the Wheel lands on a section labeled “Spin Again,” then Sponsor will spin the Wheel again for that Finalist.

The odds of winning any particular prize will depend upon how many sections appear on the Wheel for a particular spin and in how many sections of the Wheel a particular prize appears for the same spin. Each week of the Contest Period, new prizes announced on-air may be added to the Wheel. Some prizes may be available to be won more than once, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion; however all trips that include airfare or a hotel stay will only be available to be won once.

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING. Each of the up to six Marlow's Tavern Prize winners will be entered into a drawing to win the Grand Prize. After six Marlow's Tavern Prize winners have been selected, Sponsor will select one Grand Prize winner by random drawing from among all Marlow's Tavern Prize winners. The odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1:5 or 1:X where X equals the number of Marlow's Tavern Prize winners participating in the Grand Prize drawing.

5.             Prize Description.

A FINALIST IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL SPONSOR HAS COMPLETED ITS VERIFICATION OF PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE OFFICIAL RULES.

Brit Floyd Concert Prize. Two (2) tickets to see Brit Floyd on Sunday, May 31, 2015 at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia (ARV: $77.00)

Cheech & Chong Prize. Two (2) tickets to see Cheech and Chong with special guest WAR on Saturday, June 13, 2015 at The Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Georgia (ARV: $100.00)

Wanee Music Fest Trip Prize. Trip for two (2) to the Wanee Music Fest to be held Thursday, April 16, 2015 through Saturday, April 18, 2015 in Live Oak, Florida at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park. Package includes two (2) tickets to each of the three days of the Wanee Music Fest, single room/double occupancy hotel accommodations for four nights at Hampton Inn & Suites in Lake City, Florida (check-in Wednesday, April 15, 2015 and checkout Sunday, April 19, 2015), and $200.00 in gift cards (gift card vendor to be chosen in Sponsor's sole discretion). (ARV: $1,320.33)

Marlow's Tavern Prize.  One (1) $100.00 gift card to Marlow's Tavern and entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. (ARV: $100)

Cash Prize. A pre-determined amount of money (up to $10,000.00) will be displayed on the Wheel each Contest Day. The pre-determined amount of money may appear on more than one (1) section of the Wheel at any given time. Cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check issued by Sponsor. (ARV: $250 to $10,000)

Your Choice Prize. The contestant will be permitted to choose one (1) concert prize out of a selection of two (2) or three (3) prize options announced on air by Sponsor (the "Prize Options"), such Prize Options to be determined by Sponsor at Sponsor's sole discretion. (ARV: $50 to $259)

Grand Prize. A trip for two (2) to the New Orleans Jazz Fest to be held Friday, April 24, 2015 through Sunday, April 26, 2015 in New Orleans, Louisiana. The prize includes two (2) tickets to each of the three days of the New Orleans Jazz Fest, double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) standard room only) for four nights at the Astor Crowne Plaza in New Orleans, Louisiana (check-in on Thursday, April 23, 2015 and checkout on Monday, April 27, 2015), and roundtrip airfare described in the additional terms below. (ARV: $2,748.72)

A maximum of one-hundred five (105) prizes will be awarded in the Contest. The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in this Contest is $30,000, although the ARV may vary depending on which prizes are won by participants.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR TRIP PRIZES AND THE GRAND PRIZE: Each trip prize (with the exception of Fleetwood Mac in Nashville, Tennessee and the Wanee Music Fest in Live Oak, Florida) and the Grand Prize includes roundtrip tickets for two (2) on Southwest Airlines® published service in the United States and Puerto Rico from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport to the major airport into which Southwest Airlines flies that is nearest the travel destination as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. If a trip prize winner cannot travel during the specified travel dates, then he or she forfeits the entire prize. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize package description above, including costs of meals, parking, ground transportation, gratuities, transportation to and from airport, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, and all other expenses not specified above, are the sole responsibility of trip prize winner. Prize may be subject to blackout periods, and other restrictions may apply. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contest and those set forth by the Sponsor's airline carrier of choice, as set forth in the passenger ticket contract. Trip prize winner and guest are responsible for obtaining any insurance (including but not limited to, any travel or health insurance). The ARV of the trip package may vary depending on travel itinerary and costs of air transportation at time of award. Trip prize winner will not receive the difference (if any) between actual and estimated retail value. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to the trip prize winner's proximity to the prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole discretion. Trip prize winner and travel companion are responsible for obtaining identification documents necessary for travel. Trip prize winner may be required to present a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Trip prize winner and travel companion must travel on identical itinerary. If trip prize winner does not designate a guest in accordance with these Official Rules, no consideration will be provided to the trip prize winner for the value of the guest's portion of the prize package. No credit or cash will be given for any unused portion of the trip prize.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR CONCERT TICKETS: No refund or compensation will be paid in the event of the cancellation or delay of the relevant concert or festival or any portion thereof. Sponsor will not be liable if the concert or festival or any portion of it, is cancelled or delayed. Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, attempt to reschedule for a future trip/event. Concert and festival tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by issuer. The terms and conditions of the concert and festival tickets may govern if the concert or festival is cancelled due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason. Sponsor is not responsible for, and will not replace, lost, mutilated, or stolen concert or festival tickets, vouchers, or certificates. Exact details, including seat locations, shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

6.             Winner Notification and Acceptance. Potential winners will be notified on air or, in the case of the Grand Prize drawing, after the Grand Prize drawing has taken place using the telephone number, email address and/or U.S. Mail address provided to Sponsor.

A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL SPONSOR HAS COMPLETED ITS VERIFICATION OF PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY.

A winner may waive the right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes or components of prize packages with a prize or component of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on a prize. Winner may be required to provide his/her valid Social Security Number to Sponsor for tax purposes and/or complete an IRS W-9 form in order to claim a prize. Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize value and, as applicable, will be issued an IRS Form 1099 based on the prize value determined by Sponsor. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

For identification purposes, all winners must show Sponsor in person or provide a copy of either i) a valid Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state-issued ID or ii) another government-issued photo ID and a utility bill to show proof of Georgia residency. Failure to present the required identification and proof of residency will result in a winner’s disqualification and the forfeiture of his or her interest in a prize.

To Claim a Non-Cash Prize (Concert Tickets, Trip Packages, or Marlow's Tavern Gift Cards). To accept a non-cash prize, winners must personally visit Sponsor's offices at 1601 West Peachtree Street NE in Atlanta, Georgia 30309 within thirty (30) days of notification, unless stated otherwise by Sponsor. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and prize will not be awarded. Office visits must be between the hours of 8:30 a.m. (E.T.) and 5:30 p.m. (E.T.) weekdays. As a condition of receiving any non-cash prize, each winner will be required to complete a liability and publicity release, which must be signed at the time the winner claims his/her prize at Sponsor's offices.  Persons traveling as the guest of a winner of a trip package must also sign any release that Sponsor may require.  Failure to sign the release may, at the sole discretion of Sponsor, result in a winner's disqualification and the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize awarded.

To Claim a Cash Prize. To accept a cash prize, winners must complete a liability and publicity release and an IRS W-9 form within thirty (30) days of prize notification to receive a check in the amount awarded. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and prize will not be awarded. Both documents can be submitted via fax (404-897-6495 Attn: Justin Tysinger), email (justin.tysinger@coxinc.com), or in person at Sponsor's offices located at 1601 West Peachtree Street NE in Atlanta, Georgia 30309 during regular business hours – Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. (E.T.) to 5:30 p.m. (E.T.). Once Sponsor receives a winner’s signed release and W-9 form, a check will be issued to the winner’s mailing address within four (4) to six (6) weeks.  Sponsor is not responsible for checks lost in the mail.  Replacement checks may be issued upon request at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7.             Publicity. Participants acknowledge that telephone calls placed to the Contest Line or calls from Sponsor made to the number submitted during entry via the App may be recorded for use on-air any time.  Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each winner's irrevocable consent to the publication of his or her name in on-air promotional announcements produced by Sponsor. Each winner further grants Sponsor, and its affiliates, digital properties, and advertising, promotion and production agencies, permission to use his or her name, address or likeness in any and all advertising and promotional materials, in any manner or media whatsoever, including websites operated by Sponsor, for purposes of advertising, trade or promotion, without additional compensation. Each winner acknowledges and agrees that he or she shall have no right of approval, no claim to any compensation, and no claim arising out of the use, alteration, or distortion of his or her name or address.

8.             Participation. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and any Contest judges or administrators selected by Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. Proof of sending or submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.

9.             Release. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO FULLY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, COX MEDIA GROUP, LLC, COX ENTERPRISES, INC., APPLE, INC., GOOGLE, INC. AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS AND EACH SUCH COMPANY'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, INJURIES, AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CONTEST, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, OR ANY OTHER HARM WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF: (1) PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST; (2) THE QUALITY, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; OR (3) ANY TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY THAT IS RELATED TO THE CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE.

10.          Limitations of Liability. By PARTICIPATING IN the Contest, PARTICIPANTs acknowledge and agree that EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING THE APP, AND THE prize(S), ARE provided "as is" and that Sponsor makes no representations or warranties OF ANY KIND, express or implied, about the Prize(S) and sponsor hereby DISCLAIMS all such warranties, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. (BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, THE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.)

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by PARTICIPANTs, printing OR PRODUCTION errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or EMPLOYED in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, or the notification of any winner; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from A PARTICIPANT'S participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Contest. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate eligible prize claims.

11.          Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.  The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.  In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

12.          Sponsor. The River's Wheel of Concerts ("the Contest") is sponsored by Cox Radio, Inc. d/b/a WSRV-FM ("Sponsor"), whose decisions regarding winner selection and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects.
