The River’s 97 Keys of Summer

OFFICIAL RULES

1.             NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

2.             Eligibility. Subject to the additional restrictions below, The River's 97 Keys of Summer Contest (the "Contest") is only open to legal residents of the state of Georgia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry and who have either i) a valid Georgia driver's license or Georgia state-issued ID or ii) another form of government-issued ID and a utility bill proving residence in the state of Georgia. Employees of Cox Radio, Inc. d/b/a WSRV-FM ("Sponsor"), Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM ("Co-Sponsor") (together "Sponsors"), and each of their respective affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren and in-laws, regardless of where they live.

Limit:  Only one (1) prize winner may be selected from the same household every sixty (60) days in connection with any contest sponsored or administered by any of the CMG-Atlanta radio stations (i.e., WSB-AM, WSB-FM, WSBB, WTSH, WALR and WSRV).   If you or a member of your household has won a prize from any CMG-Atlanta radio station within the last sixty (60) days, you will be ineligible to receive a prize in this Contest.

3.             How To Enter. The Contest will begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (E.T.) on May 22, 2015 and end at 4:00 p.m. E.T. on September 6, 2015 (the "Contest Period"). Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for the Contest.

There are four (4) different ways to enter the Contest, each listed below. During the Contest Period, you may enter the Contest by any of the methods listed below. However, you may only be selected as a Finalist one (1) time during the Contest Period regardless of number or method of entry.

IN PERSON AT A CONTEST EVENT

Enter in person by visiting one of the Contest Events listed below during the hours listed. While at the Contest Event, you must complete an official entry form and deposit the completed form in the designated entry box or otherwise return the entry form as instructed. After the close of each Contest Event, Sponsor will select by random drawing the number of Finalists listed for each event. In the event that Sponsor is unable to hold any of the events listed, Sponsor will schedule a replacement event to select the remaining Finalists or will select the remaining Finalists through another method.

Additional Contest Events

In addition to the Contest Events listed above, Sponsor will hold an additional twenty (20) Contest Events on dates and at locations to be determined. Sponsor will collect entries at each additional Contest Event and will select one (1) Finalist at each for a total of twenty (20) Finalists selected at additional Contest Events. Details of these additional events will be announced by Sponsor throughout the Contest Period on www.971theriver.com.

Limit one (1) entry per person per Contest Event. Regardless of number of entries, you may be selected as a Finalist only once.

VIA THE 97.1 THE RIVER MOBILE APP

To enter via Sponsor’s mobile app, you must complete the following steps (standard data rates may apply):

1. Download and install the "97.1 The River" mobile app (the "App") on a compatible mobile device from either Google® Play or the iTunes® App Store.
2. Once you have installed the app, click the "97 Keys of Summer" tab on the App's main menu to register for the Contest. Follow the instructions on the registration page to submit an official entry form. All of the required information must be provided, and all of the information you provide must be complete and accurate. Entrants who submit an invalid phone number or email address may be disqualified in Sponsor's sole discretion.

Entries will be accepted from 9:00 a.m. E.T. on May 22, 2015 through 11:59 p.m. E.T. on August 23, 2015 (the “Mobile App Entry Period”).

Each Monday starting on June 1, 2015 and ending on August 24, 2015, Sponsor will select four (4) weekly Finalists by random drawing from among all eligible App entries received before 10:00 a.m. (E.T.) on that Monday.

A total of fifty-two (52) Finalists will be selected during the Mobile App Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry via mobile app per person and per household during the Contest Period. Failure to complete any of the steps in this section may result in the disqualification of your attempted entry as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor is not responsible for any issue that may prevent a contestant from being able to download or access the app or complete his/her entry.

A link will be provided within the August 19th e-newsletter that directs participants to a hidden page at www.971theriver.com to register to become a Finalist. Complete the official entry form by 11:59 p.m. (E.T.) on Sunday, August 23, 2015 (the "Newsletter Entry Period") to receive one (1) "Newsletter Entry" into the Contest. Limit one (1) Newsletter Entry per person. On Monday, August 24, 2015, Sponsor will select two (2) Finalists by random drawing from among all eligible Newsletter Entries received during the Newsletter Entry Period.

Limitations applicable to all methods of entry: The use of multiple identities and/or accounts is prohibited, and any attempt to obtain more than the stated number of entries will void that participant's entries and may result in the participant's disqualification. Incomplete, forged, altered, automated, mechanically-reproduced, lost, late, misdirected, garbled or illegible entries will be disqualified. Sponsor will not be responsible for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender, Sponsor, or Sponsor's Contest application service provider. In the event of a dispute, Sponsor will determine who submitted the disputed entry in Sponsor's sole discretion. All entries become property of Sponsor and none will be returned. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons who submit false or misleading entry information or who Sponsor determines to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest.

Any winning Finalist must be the person who originally submitted an official entry form at a Contest Event or via the mobile app or the June 17th or August 19th e-newsletters, as applicable, to participate in the Contest. No family members, friends, office associates, or any other person will be allowed to participate in the Contest on another person’s behalf. A Finalist must provide his or her own name as listed on his or her valid Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state-issued ID. If a Finalist uses a false name, an invalid Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state-issued ID, or another person’s Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state-issued ID, he or she will be immediately disqualified from the Contest and be ineligible to win any prize.

4.             Winner Selection and Odds.

On or about Sunday, September 6, 2015 from approximately 1:00 p.m. (E.T.) to 4:00 p.m. (E.T.) at Ed Voyles Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM (the “Dealership”) on 789 Cobb Parkway SE, Marietta, GA 30060, Sponsor will hold a “Grand Finale Event” at which Sponsor will select the Grand Prize Winner.

At approximately 1:00 p.m. (E.T.), Sponsor will open Registration and have each pre-selected Finalist check-in with a Contest Administrator designated by Sponsor. All Finalists must show Contest Administrator a valid Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state-issued ID at check-in. Failure to present the required identification will result in disqualification.

Registration will close at approximately 2:00 p.m. (E.T.). Sponsor will be the official timekeeper for Registration. Any Finalist who is not present for the Grand Finale Event or arrives after 2:00 p.m. (E.T.) may be disqualified. If fewer than 97 Finalists are present after the close of registration at the Grand Finale Event, Sponsor may select additional Finalists in a random drawing from among those who are present at the Grand Finale Event so that a total of 97 Finalists participate at the Grand Finale Event.

When a Finalist checks in, he/she will be instructed to take one (1) envelope by random drawing from a bingo hopper. Each envelope will contain a plastic key that is color-coded. Finalists may not open their envelope until instructed to do so by Contest Administrator. Any Finalist who is seen opening or attempting to open an envelope before permission is given by Contest Administrator will be disqualified. Any Finalist who takes more than one (1) envelope will be disqualified.

Contest Administrator will instruct Finalists to open their envelopes. Sponsor will then announce a color that was selected in advance of the Grand Finale Event. The Finalists in possession of the plastic keys that match the announced color will be declared a potential Key Winner and will qualify for the Grand Prize Giveaway.

GRAND PRIZE GIVEAWAY. The names of the ten (10) Key Winners will be placed in  the bingo hopper, and Contest Administrator will pull one (1) Key Winner at a time by random drawing. When a Key Winner's name is called, he/she will get to select a physical key (the "Key") by random drawing of all Keys displayed on a table. Each Key Winner will then use his or her selected Key to attempt to start the Truck (defined below). The potential Grand Prize Winner will be the first Key Winner whose Key successfully starts the Truck. You must be a Key Winner and be present at the Grand Finale Event in order to win the Grand Prize.

Odds of being selected as a Finalist depend upon the number of eligible entries received. However, the odds of winning once an individual has been selected as a Finalist and has successfully registered at the Grand Finale Event are 1:96.

5.             Prize Description.

One (1) Grand Prize: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a 2015 RAM 1500 Tradesman® Express Truck Quad Cab (the "Truck") (VIN:1C6RR6FT3FS629824). Sponsor will have used the Truck throughout the Contest Period in promoting the Contest.

The approximate retail value (ARV) of Grand Prize: $29,645.00.

The Grand Prize Winner may claim the Grand Prize within seven (7) business days from the Grand Finale Event. The Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes and expenses including, but not limited to, license fees, insurance, and all other costs incurred in claiming, registering, or using the Truck. The Grand Prize Winner may be required to pay any additional applicable taxes before taking possession of the Truck. Sponsor will determine all Truck options and specifications including, but not limited to, motor, suspension, tires, brakes, and exterior and interior colors. The Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for all costs associated with any upgrade or additional options not included in the prize description. Sponsor does not make and is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, whether express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Truck including, but not limited to, its quality, fitness for any purpose, or mechanical condition. The Truck will be delivered solely with the express limited warranties set forth in the Truck’s Owner’s Manual, if any, which warranties will run for the term set forth in the manual. Sponsor reserves the right to extend the delivery date or, in its sole discretion, to substitute another model or another vehicle for any reason whatsoever. The Truck will be released only upon presentation of valid driver’s license and satisfactory proof of insurance and any other documentation required by law.

6.             Winner Notification.

CONTEST EVENTS

Potential Finalists will be notified the next business day immediately following the event at the telephone number provided to Sponsor.

For the Grand Finale Event, potential Finalists will be notified before the Grand Prize Giveaway begins. Sponsor will select five (5) Finalists in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received, and each of the five (5) Finalists will get to select an envelope from the bingo hopper.

MOBILE APP

Potential Finalists who entered via the App will be notified weekly on Mondays from June 1, 2015 through August 24, 2015 at the telephone number and/or email address provided to Sponsor.

VIA THE RIVER GUIDE E-NEWSLETTER HIDDEN ENTRY PAGE ON JUNE 17, 2015

Potential Finalists who registered via the June 17, 2015 e-newsletter will be notified on or about Monday, June 22, 2015 at the telephone number and/or email address provided to Sponsor.

VIA THE RIVER GUIDE E-NEWSLETTER HIDDEN ENTRY PAGE ON AUGUST 19, 2015

Potential Finalists who registered via the August 19, 2015 e-newsletter will be notified on or about Monday, August 24, 2015 at the telephone number and/or email address provided to Sponsor.

For all methods of entry. Sponsor's inability to reach a potential Finalist after a reasonable (as solely determined by Sponsor) effort has been made, the failure of a potential Finalist to timely respond to Sponsor's notification, the return of any notification as undeliverable, and/or a potential Finalist's failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may, in Sponsor's sole discretion, result in the potential Finalist's disqualification and the selection of a substitute Finalist by a random drawing as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor may select up to three (3) alternate Finalists, after which the prize will not be awarded.

7.             Winner Acceptance.

To claim the Grand Prize, winner must show Sponsor in person or provide a copy of either i) a valid Georgia driver’s license or Georgia state-issued ID or ii) another government-issued photo ID and a utility bill to show proof of Georgia residency. Winner is also required to complete a liability and publicity release and IRS W-9 form with his/her valid Social Security Number for tax purposes. Both documents must be signed and returned to Sponsor before the winner can take possession of the Truck at the Ed Voyles dealership. Failure to sign the release and W-9 form or to present the required identification and proof of residency will result in a winner’s disqualification and the forfeiture of his or her interest in a prize.

A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL SPONSOR HAS COMPLETED ITS VERIFICATION OF PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY.

A winner may waive the right to receive a prize. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitutions allowed by winner. Prizes and individual components of prize packages are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes or components of prize packages with a prize or component of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on a prize. Winner is also solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes on prize value and, as applicable, will be issued an IRS Form 1099 based on the prize value determined by Sponsor. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

8.             Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each winner's irrevocable consent to the publication of his or her name in on-air promotional announcements produced by Sponsor. Each winner further grants Sponsor, and its affiliates, digital properties, and advertising, promotion and production agencies, permission to use his or her name, address or likeness in any and all advertising and promotional materials, in any manner or media whatsoever, including websites operated by Sponsor, for purposes of advertising, trade or promotion, without additional compensation. Each winner acknowledges and agrees that he or she shall have no right of approval, no claim to any compensation, and no claim arising out of the use, alteration, or distortion of his or her name or address.

9.             Participation. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and any Contest judges or administrators selected by Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. Proof of sending or submission of an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor.

10.          Release. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, EACH PARTICIPANT AGREES TO FULLY RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR, COX MEDIA GROUP, LLC., COX ENTERPRISES, INC., APPLE, INC., GOOGLE, INC., ED VOYLES CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SUPPLIERS, DISTRIBUTORS, ADVERTISING/PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND PRIZE SUPPLIERS AND EACH SUCH COMPANY'S OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELEASED PARTIES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, INJURIES, AND DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE CONTEST, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR DAMAGE TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY, LOSS OF ENJOYMENT, OR ANY OTHER HARM WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF: (1) PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST; (2) THE QUALITY, RECEIPT, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; OR (3) ANY TRAVEL OR ACTIVITY THAT IS RELATED TO THE CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE.

11.          Limitations of Liability. By PARTICIPATING IN the Contest, PARTICIPANTs acknowledge and agree that EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS CONTEST, INCLUDING THE APP, AND THE prize(S), ARE provided "as is" and that Sponsor makes no representations or warranties OF ANY KIND, express or implied, about the Prize(S) and sponsor hereby DISCLAIMS all such warranties, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. (BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, THE LIABILITY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY SUCH STATE LAW.)

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by PARTICIPANTs, printing OR PRODUCTION errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or EMPLOYED in the Contest; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Contest; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Contest, the processing of entries, or the notification of any winner; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from A PARTICIPANT'S participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Contest. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming, or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate eligible prize claims.

12.          Construction. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any contestant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Georgia, or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these Official Rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

13.          Sponsor. The River's 97 Keys of Summer ("the Contest") is sponsored by Cox Radio, Inc. d/b/a WSRV-FM ("Sponsor"), whose decisions regarding winner selection and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials or announcements relating to the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Contest at any time.
