This workshop is for those working in G&E that haven't received the training they feel they need to succeed, as well as sustain a career. This class is taught by union professionals and will cover advanced terminology, equipment identification, knot tying, safety tips, tools of the trade, hierarchy, terminology, and basic principals and best practices of working as a grip or electrician. Potential class attendees will be selected from their submitted resumes showing grip and electrician experience in the film business. Submit resumes or a list of G&E credits to firstname.lastname@example.org with "G&E workshop" in the subject line. Attendees, once approved, will need to register and pay for the class to attend.
