The MJCCA gymnastics program focuses on building children's confidence and self-esteem by gaining flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, and body control, all within a very positive and encouraging atmosphere. For beginners who are looking to begin their gymnastics progression. Basic strength and flexibility exercises will also be introduced. This class is recommended for girls who are working on the below skills: Vault: Jump on board w/ two feet, squat on, straight jump Bars: Hollow body casts, chin-up pullover with spot, L-Hold on high bar Beam: various walks on the high beam, jumps and cartwheels on low beam.
