According to the United Nations Refugee Agency, about a quarter million Syrians have fled their country, traveling 400 miles to seek refuge in Egypt. As the holy month of Ramadan approcheswe must take the time to remember our brothers and sisters overseas, who are less fortunate and often times may not have enough food, if any at all for their Sahors and Iftars.As our beloved Propher Muhammad (S.A.W) said," The believer's shade on teh Day of Resurrection will be his charity" - Al Timihi.The House of Dawah is inviting you to come and participatre in a climb for charity to help raise funds and provide meals for these refugees. Please join us on June 29, 2013 at the Stone Mountain Park ti climb the mountain with us and enjoy an enlighting speech by Hafiz Siam once we in shaa Allah reach at the mid pavillion of the mountain. For the low cost of $28.00 per person, you will be able to join us on this momentous climb and will be provided your own T-SHIRT for FREE. All climbers will get a water bottle too. Children under the age of 12 may climb for free. In Shaa Allah we hope to see you there.
