A graduate of Florida State University's College of Information, Mary Ann's first professional job was part-time reference librarian at Georgia State University.  She has also been a circulation librarian.  Having served on search committees for library directors, librarians, instructional designers and paraprofessionals, she has insider insight about what makes your resume and cover letter appeal to those in hiring positions, as well as what will quickly land yours in the reject pile.
