The Benefit Concert will be a way for students to enjoy the performances of their fellow schoolmates and help in the cause of OU HEROs to raise funds to better the standard of living for children in the state of Georgia who have been affected or infected with HIV/AIDS. The event will feature performances by the OgleTones, the sisters of Alpha Kappa Alpha, and the Khayos dance group. The executive director of H.E.R.O. for Children, Inc., will also present the purpose of her organization and its connection to OU HEROs and our purpose. Students will have the opportunity to donate to our cause as well.
