Calling all chocolate lovers! Join us as we spend an evening celebrating all things chocolate while making a host of fabulous chocolate desserts. Students practice the techniques for soufflés, ganache, rolling and shaping truffles. And remember, what happens in chocolate class, stays in chocolate class! Couples take home a selection of desserts made in class. A light dinner will be served.
