As part of the Roswell Roots celebration, the Smith Plantation will host a fashion show. Vernell Washington’s special talent for fashion will highlight the show. She will present fashions in clothing, hats, and accessories that are popular and representative of the African American Culture. The show will include models and a discussion of fashion as it has evolved from African roots, including wearing of hats, unique fashions and other accessories. This globe-trotting diva will entertain the crowd with her amazing collection of hats and accessories that will be available for viewing and purchase.
