This informational and experiential workshop will help you explore the integration of mind with body, and understand the positive benefits of a gentle approach to strength, inner peace, and flexible thinking. This workshop is appropriate for any adults (ages 18-80) at any level. Instructor will provide mats, straps and music. Please dress in comfortable clothing and arrive with a relatively empty stomach; water and fruit will be available.  About the Instructors: Marilyn Schulman has practiced yoga for the past 35+ years and studied with many different teachers. Marilyn's unique style of yoga encourages a gentle integration of body and mind that releases tension and increases strength and flexibility. Her approach to yoga is eclectic, gently honoring the body. Marilyn is an educator and an avid student of experiences that open the heart. Her yoga classes are both peaceful and strong.David Harris, MTS, MS practices a compassionate approach to psychotherapy, integrating a lifelong study of music, psychology, and philosophy to help families and individuals explore the most meaningful and satisfying possible life.
