Sunday gravy is an Italian-American staple, featuring a rich tomato sauce infused with all kinds of meat that simmer for hours. Rosebud’s take on the dish is a blend of Riverview Farms beef, Riverview Italian sausage and San Marzano tomatoes, served with ricotta made from Johnston Dairy buttermilk and Uncle Dom’s pasta.
