PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY TO SET UP YOUR DEVICE. Module includes a history of Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE), Clean Energy program, funding model, qualifications and underwriting for projects, first mortgage holder, implementation measures and what qualifies, program fees, permitting and resources available for contractors at the local Energy Center.After a brief program introduction and Q&A, participants will review the Ygrene Funding Management Software System. Users will receive an overview of how a project moves through the system from project creation to project completion. Software training includes: introduction, logging in, users, property search, creating a new project, projects, submitting a bid, submitting for project approval, construction and funding.Seats are limited. No-shows will not be permitted to attend other classes.
