Power up and bring it on! We'll get things started with 30-35 minutes of kickboxing to some of your favorite music, followed by floor work designed to strengthen your abs, obliques, glutes, and lats. Learn proper kickboxing technique and how to wrap your hands for non-contact activity. Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Supplies: Participants will need to bring exercise mat, a towel, plenty of water, and hand wraps if desired. Attire: Loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement; Cross trainer shoes that offer stability, cushion your movements and allow for lateral directional moves (you will be twisting, pivoting, turning and sliding).
