Mama Dance is a cardio dance class that incorporates and stimulates your baby/toddler while giving you the workout you need to shed the baby weight and relieve the stresses of motherhood. Watch your little one laugh and light up while you burn calories and tone up while dancing with and for them. Each class will end with "Tummy Time" and abdominal and stretching routine designed to repair the damage caused during pregnancy and encourage bonding moments with your child. Any child from 3 months to 3 years is welcome. Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Prerequisite: Moms must be at least 6 weeks postpartum, or 10 weeks if the child was delivered via cesarean. Supplies: Baby carrier and/or car seat. Participants should also bring a large towel or exercise mat, and plenty of water.
