Learn the fundamentals of this fast-paced aerobic activity. Tae Bo combines martial arts, cardio fitness, boxing and hip-hop dance moves to provide a high-impact, aerobic workout; with a focus on improving your body's core strength, while working to slim and trim belly fat, firm and tone your muscles, and strengthen your back. We will start slow with punches and kicks and work up to faster combinations of the moves. This is designed for a beginner level student. Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Supplies: Participants will also need to bring an exercise mat and/or towel and plenty of water. Attire: Workout clothing; Athletic shoes.
