Every young girl dreams of being a princess. In this beginning-level class, we'll add a little magic to your child's life through the use of props, musical instruments, storytelling, dance and creative movement. No dance experience required. The Spring Recital on May 18 is the highlight of our dance season, and provides students with a live stage performance opportunity. Students must be registered by January 25 to be eligible to perform in the Spring Recital. A separate, non-refundable fee of $80 is payable to Daystar Dance Academy for one costume and a pair of tights, recital tickets and facility charges. Students in more than one class may be required to purchase additional costumes at $50/ea. Fees will be divided into two payments: The first payment of $55 is due the week of January 28. The second payment of $25 is due the week of March 4. Join anytime during a session (fee will be pro-rated). Attire: Pink leotard, pink or tan tights, and pink ballet shoes. Dance wear is available for purchase through the instructor. Long hair should be worn in a pony tail. Short hair should be pulled away from the face.
