Students will build upon the skills introduced in Beginning Sewing. Each weekly session will emphasize a different aspect of sewing to practice and perfect. The student will be expected to make preparations for class projects at home with minimum supervision. Requirements: Must have a portable sewing machine and sewing kit**
**Sewing kit should include scissors, straight pins, pin cushion, hand needles, seam ripper, tape measure, and tailors chalk.
