The first day of 2013 will be one to remember. In Atlanta, thousands of people will set out to do a 5K and end up starting a movement. Participants receive a Limited Edition Commitment Day T-shirt and a 2013 Commemorative Commitment Journal. Registrants will also receive a FREE Life Time Run Group Training Program to prepare you for the Commitment Day 5k.
