At this time there are no set mold limits by the government or EPA. However, there are industry recgonized guidelines that are used in mold inspections and assessments that this course follows. I have mentioned to some realtors about mold and they were not receptive to it, are all realtors like this?
No. Not all realtors are like that. The ones that do not want to talk about mold inspections have probably have had concerns for a potential loss of sale. If explained to the realtors that a mold inspection helps reduce their liability and when you explain the report to the client without scaring them IF a potential if there for mold, they will try it. Remember though, realtors are not the only source of busniess. Is it true that it is expensive to get into performing mold inspections?
