This is an on location course! Attendees will be emailed with site location as course date nears. Delicious burgers are served at the conclusion, compliments of Northwest Exterminators!  In this course, agents will gain a clear understanding of the Standards of Practice, including which items will and will not be covered, for residential home inspections. Students will hear about some of the most common defects that are found during a routine home inspection. There will also be discussion of what requests for repairs are reasonable and what are considered an upgrade. There will be extensive photographs and on-site examples to help students along the way. Students will be educated in explaining to their client the process after the inspection and what their options are. Instructor Jeff Luther is the founder and President of Home-Probe, Inc. and has lived in Atlanta all of his life. He is a member in good standing of the American Society of Home Inspectors, National Association of Certified Inspectors, is a certified building inspector by the International Code Council.
