In the spirit of promoting healthy lifestyles, giving back, and seeing children and their families smile this holiday season, Higher Family Achievement (HFA) along with Mrs. Georgia US United is hosting its annual “2012 Happy Holiday Event: Winter Wonderland ” to giveaway food boxes and gifts to economically disadvantaged families. This event will be held December 15, 2012 from 3:00PM to 7:00PM at Metro Skate and Lanes located at 1959 Metropolitan Parkway SW, Atlanta, GA 30315. Mrs. Georgia US United herself will personally pass out food boxes and gifts to 50 to 100 economically disadvantaged families who pre-registered online for the event. Although all families are welcome to attend, only those families who pre-registered online will be guaranteed a box. Any leftover food boxes will be given out on a first come, first serve basis. This event will be fun-filled to include photos with Santa, holiday readings, arts, and crafts, inflatables, skating and bowling.
