They signed up to do open mic night at The Punchline, just like the comedians you'll still see every Wednesday night at The Punchline. It's a track record and testament to longevity that no other club in Georgia can come close to matching. Every comedian has a first day, which everyone who has ever stepped on a stage can remember. Every comedian also has their first set at The Punchline. A legendary stage and a legendary audience, makes for a memorable introduction to the hertiage of live comedy for comedians who have been honing their skills on other stages and in other venues. If you want to become a part of this tradition from the stage, sign-ups are conducted every Wednesday night prior to the show for the comedians who will perform the following week.
