Students will examine the head's physical structure, its attitudes, tension, ambience and decoration. Focus on composition and proportion while working towards achieving a likeness. Learn to see, then to understand, compose and dynamically render the human portrait on paper! Live models will be used for all but the first two classes. Model fee will be collected by instructor at first class.
