Eddie Owen Presents Songwriter's Open Mic Shootout # 1
Hosted by Eddie Owen, SONGWRITER'S OPEN MIC SHOOTOUT is the gathering of national and local performers who will compete in a head-to-head competition. These writers of original song were chosen over the past six months of Monday night Songwriter's Open Mic hootenannys. A panel of music industry judges will decide who progresses to the each round based on the following criteria: songwriting, vocal performance, playing ability, stage presence, and audience response. The winner of the Shootout will receive $1,000; runner-up will receive $500. Guaranteed to be one of the best nights of live music you will ever see, and chance to say you knew these folks way back when...
