Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and to celebrate this season and the spirit of giving, Atlanta’s 2012 Ms. Heart of the USA, Dana Chance, has launched The Pink Box Food Drive Initiative October 1, 2012 through November 29, 2012 through the City of Atlanta. She and her sister queen, Travia Guess, Georgia's 2012 Miss Heart of the USA, will be making a special appearance at the North Dekalb Mall on October 27, 2012 from 4pm to 6pm to collect food and promote The Pink Box Food Drive Initiative. All the food collected throughout the food drive will be given to the Atlanta Community Food Bank. So, bring your non-perishable food items to help families in need this Thanksgiving season!
