This workout will be a great opportunity to get warmed up for Intensity's 16U Club tryouts on November 6th.We will workout the basic phases of the game: passing, setting, blocking, hitting, serving and defense. This will be a great opportunity for the Intensity coaches and girls to interact and get the girls comfortable for the formal tryout on November 6th.The workout will begin with work on individual skills and techniques and end with game play. Girls will be divided into four groups to be warmed up and worked out and give the girls a chance to work on specific positions as well.
