Riverdale Councilwoman Cynthis Stamps-Jones, Ward 1, with support of the Riverdale Mayor and City Council presents the City of Riverdale's 1st Annual Preparation Spelling Bee. The Spelling Bee is open to students in grades K-8. This event will prepare students for the upcoming District Preparation Spelling Bee and will provide a forum for challenging academic competition. The official dictionary is the Merriam-Webster's Dictionary. Prizes will be given to the top spellers. Registration Fee: $5 per student
