During her tenure, she has successfully led the company to achieve high levels of service while operating in a changing environment, a testament to her focus on scalability, reliability, security and people. On November 14, she will speak at Tech as part of the IMPACT Speaker Series, a program that brings successful business and nonprofit leaders from a variety of industries to Georgia Tech’s campus to share their experiences and give advice to students and other entrepreneurs.Please join us for this event at 4:30 pm in the Scheller College of Business. More about the SpeakerRobin Bienfait is the Chief Information Officer of Research In Motion. In this position, she oversees the Enterprise Business Unit, BlackBerry Operations, Customer Service and Corporate IT functions. A key component of her role is to manage the end-to-end global BlackBerry customer experience.
