Stephen GallantStephen is a 28-year veteran institutional investor and senior investment management executive.  Mr. Gallant is currently part of a new management team starting an offshore reinsurance company, where he has the role of Chief Investment Officer.In his prior role, Stephen was SVP, Head of Rates for ING Investment Management’s Proprietary Fixed Income Group.  Prior to his career at ING, Stephen spent 13 years in bond trading, principally focused in the US residential real estate finance market.  Stephen was also a founder and co-manager of Portage Equity Investments I and II, an early-stage venture capital fund that principally invested in medical device and computer technology companies.  Mr. Gallant is currently a member of the investment committee for the Clemson University Foundation, a board member for World Water Relief, and is a member of the CFA Institute, where he holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.    Ticket 37.92
