This intermediate to advanced-level class will focus on upper-level gymnastics skills and tricks on the floor, bars, beams, vault and Tumbl Trak. Participants will also learn how to do a front and back handspring, and gymnastics routines. Prerequisite: Participants must be able to perform a cartwheel, round off, back bend and handstand; as well as have general knowledge of terms and equipment used in the sport of gymnastics, or have been evaluated by an instructor.
